I started my career working in the Finance and Banking sector for a global Bank. 20 years of experience gained in Account Management, Risk & Client Servicing before moving into my craft as a CIPD qualified Coach in Organisational & Performance Coaching. Within the last 5 years I have moved into wellbeing coaching following my own life changing diagnosis and now enjoy working globally supporting the wellbeing & mental health of others as a qualified Mindfulness & NLP Practitioner specialising in trauma recovery.

Zoe Patey

Zoe Patey

Zoe has 25 years’ experience running prestigious multimillion £ accounts in the Hospitality & Retail Industry; The BBC, No 11 Downing Street, Her Majesty’s Treasury, The Royal Family, Sainsburys, Tesco’s, British Airways, banks, various Hotels & Restaurants.

Having worked in various countries and running ski hotels in the Alps; Zoe is now running her own business as a successful Life Coach, trainer, NLP practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Zoe is a Breeze Ride Leader for British cycling, which supports women getting out on their bikes to support mental health and fitness, as well as being a volunteer counsellor for the NSPCC/Childline.

Living in the New Forest. Zoe loves running, kayaking and any outdoor pursuit that involves being out in nature .

I have worked across IT, Professional Services, Media and Insights business in a mixture of start-ups and global organisations. Having led L&D teams across the world my specialisms focus around Leadership and Sales. I communicate through high energy interactions which is a primary focus of my sessions. From my base in the UK I am passionate about developing talent, and unleashing people's potential.

Sarah Wardell

Upon completing an Economics degree, I attended the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and commissioned as a Officer in the British Army. Through this I have proven leadership and management capabilities as a result of commanding troops on the front line in Afghanistan. Additionally, I have extensive project management and strategic supply chain management experience. I have private sector experience through working in an executive support and events role for a global marketing company. Alongside my work here at SeedL I am currently studying to become an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor.

I started my career working in an Advertising and Publishing UK based organisation. 23 years of experience gained in Sales, Client Service, Leadership before moving into an L&D role where I learnt my craft in amongst experienced and professional L&D specialists. CIPD qualified and an Insights accredited Practitioner, my career moved into the Financial Services space with HSBC Bank RBWM, which was purely a coaching role.

More recently, leading a Global L&D team within a Professional Services Industry responsible for the learning and development for over 8000 employees worldwide.

I am a game-changing leader, executive coach, and practitioner of organisational development. Having come from a corporate background in broadcast media, I focus on transforming the performance of leaders and teams. I have implemented game-changing programmes across a wide range of industry sectors and organisations. Ever aware that 'the future ain't what it used to be', I prepare organisations to be ready for change and to capitalise on uncertainty. My global leadership work has taken me across Asia, the Americas and Europe, while my online expertise includes webinars, mentoring, facilitation, and podcasts.

I co-host a Global Leadership Podcast, challenging the status quo, asking the big questions, and delivering fresh insights and solutions to performance related problems. 'There's no "going back to normal",' I say. 'Instead, learn to thrive in a no-normal world.'

Simon Sparks

Simon Sparks

I have a wealth of commercial and training experience, gained predominantly in the customer service and transport sectors. I worked around the world, leading large customer-facing teams on cruise ships, training international teams on soft skills to most recently giving communications and conflict resolution training around the U.K. Additionally, I have been responsible for compliance in many different roles and the appointed Data Protection Officer in several companies. My passion for passing on this knowledge and experience is supplemented with academic insights gained during completing an MBA.

David Millard MCT

I am a former college lecturer from Liverpool who became Microsoft Certified in 2009. I now exclusively deliver training online and specialise in Microsoft desktop Apps with a particular focus in Excel. I currently live in Surrey and am a keen photographer in my spare time.
