This course takes inspiration from those people and specific skills required to thrive in a customer facing retail environment. This module provides critical ways of working for customer facing colleagues in your retail store. 

This course demonstrates the 5 steps required to achieve excellent customer service in the retail industry. We look at the art of suggestive selling to enhance the customer experience in the store, alongside what to do when thing go wrong and how to confidently turn a seemly negative customer experience into a great one!
