With SeedL offering a range of client excellence programmes, this course takes inspiration from those and specific skills required to thrive in a customer facing hospitality environment. Dealing with customers in restaurants and hotels is as much about the product as the experience we provide those visitors. How do we make that experience unique and memorable for good reason? When there’s a problem, how do we stand out from the crowd in demonstrating fast effective problem solving, whilst keeping the customer satisfaction a priority? This course will also suggest alternative courses suitable to polish those skills further.
