The training covers strategies for identifying and addressing harassment and aims to build a safe, supportive culture for all employees.

  • Define Sexual Harassment: Recognize what constitutes sexual harassment, including key behaviours that can create a hostile work environment.
  • Recognise Signs of Harassment: Identify different forms of harassment—verbal, non-verbal, and physical—and understand their impact on individuals and the workplace.
