Welcome to Essex County Council's Wellness platform in partnership with SEEDL. We are offering this free to all local residents.

Please feel free to browse all the available courses, around mental wellness with some bonus content with 20 minute bitesize events and communication training courses. All events are live broadcasts, so if you can’t make an event date, still sign up – and you can access the recording for 30 days.

Watch this space, as the council is also working with SEEDL to enable residents who do not have access to internet at home to join mental wellness events in their local libraries, GP surgeries, charity offices or in education settings.
