Guided Relaxation as a Tool for Occupational Stress Management

Many of us struggle to properly relax, with disastrous effects on our mental and physical health. During this relaxation session we will explore how our brains function, and how we can break the cycle of stress and anxiety that often holds us back at work. Using hypnosis, you will be gently guided to reach a natural state of heightened awareness, where your mind becomes open to your own beneficial suggestions and changes.
